----- Meixinlong Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. has launched a high-end adhesive project with an annual output of 200000 tons, empowering the agile response of the new energy and electronics industry chain.
In June 2024, the Zhejiang Jinhua Adhesive Intelligent Production Base was officially put into operation with a total investment of 520 million yuan, covering an area of 80 acres, focusing on high-end fields such as new energy battery adhesives and electronic packaging adhesives.
Capacity leap: The annual production capacity of electronic adhesive has jumped from 15000 tons to 30000 tons, which can meet the adhesive demand of 5 million new energy vehicles.
Delivery acceleration: With the support of intelligent warehousing and logistics systems, the order delivery cycle has been compressed from 15 days to 7 days, supporting customers to quickly expand production.
Core Technology: Innovation Matrix Behind the Factory
IOT central control: Over 2000 sensors monitor temperature, pressure, and other parameters in real-time, increasing process stability by 40%.
Dynamic formula optimization: MES system linked with experimental database, shortening the development cycle of new formulas from 45 days to 7 days.
VOCs zero escape: RTO incineration+activated carbon adsorption dual system, emission concentration<10mg/m ³ (stricter than the national standard of 50mg/m ³).
Waste heat recycling: The waste heat from the reaction kettle is used to preheat the raw materials, resulting in an annual reduction of 12000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions.
Customer Witness: Empowering Efficient Collaboration in the Industrial Chain
After the smart factory is put into operation, the delivery cycle of battery pack sealant is shortened by 50%, supporting our monthly production capacity ramp up demand of 10%，The Supply Chain Director expressed this.
Electronic packaging adhesive case: Customized low dielectric adhesive (Dk=2.8) for a chip company, completed formula validation in 3 days, delivered the first batch of products in 7 days, and passed 1000 thermal shock tests (-55 ℃~125 ℃).
Breakthrough in Automotive Structural Adhesive: After upgrading the thermal conductive adhesive production line, the single shift production capacity has increased from 5 tons to 15 tons, helping a certain car company accelerate the mass production of Model level models.
The launch of this smart factory not only physically doubles production capacity, but also marks a qualitative change in the adhesive industry from being "experience driven" to "data-driven".
